For the purposes of categorization here, a PDA is defined as the following:

A device that holds arbitrary information that a user is able to input on the device itself. It does have cellular connectivity, but may have land line connectivity. Other forms of networking like WiFi and Bluetooth may also be present. The ability to load and run software or other forms of custom computation may or may not be possible.
